PRIVACY REGULATION – GDPR 2016/679

This body in its capacity as Data Controller, pursuant to article 28 of the GDPR, appoints the laB Consulenze S.r.l. as Data Processor, limited to the processing required for the activity relating to the provision of the services entrusted to it.
Pursuant to article 4, paragraph 1, no. 8 of EU Regulation 679/2016 – General Data Protection Regulation – (hereinafter “GDPR”), “Data Processor” is defines as the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.
The Data Controller declares that the data transmitted by it to the Data Processor, are collected and transmitted in compliance with current legislation, are accurate and, if necessary, updated, are relevant, complete and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which they are transmitted.
The Data Processor will be required to process personal data in compliance with the instructions received from the Data Controller, for the purposes and with the methods provided for in the assignment document.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

The following types of data are processed:

• Navigation data;
• Data submitted voluntarily by users;
• Technical, analytical and third-party technical cookies.

PROCESSING METHODS

Personal data is processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

Pursuant to current legislation, the data subjects may assert their rights against the Data Controller, as expressed in art. 15 and following of EU Regulation 679/2016.
